Triathalons are unique competitions; athletes must be proficient in swimming, bicycling and running. It is a fact that the swim portion of your triathlon is the smallest portion of your race, but it is the most important part. Why? If you are in an empowered state the swim portion has the biggest advantage for those that have chosen the Journey of Mastery in this sport. How amazing would it be to swim with ease and complete efficiency? Be able to use a wet suit for it's warmth and ability for speed vs a flotation device. It is never to late to learn how to experience swimming regardless of your age or circumstances!

Do you take comfort or belief that a lifeguard or swimming buddy will save you if necessary?

There isn't a right or wrong about which state of power you are in! The fact is you have the ability to shift your state if you choose and Tri Time is the place to help you begin your JOURNEY OF EMPOWERMENT!


Our classes are structured as building blocks; learn how to swim with ease, build on the skills you already have, and then move on to the next level. Our Foundation classes never look the same they are customized to the swimmers strengths and weaknesses. Our instructors have a keen eye for steamlining your stroke, efficent kicking, and teaching you how to glide through the water using your power for speed and efficiency.

Foundation Level 1
Class Requirements: 18 and older, Basic swim skills (freestyle)

Our foundation level 1 classes are a non nonsense way to learn to swim and create amazing results in 5 short weeks. Tri Time instructors identify the weaknesses in your freestyle through important skills: breathing, balance and kick. Once weaknesses of your class are identified your session is designed to capitalize on your weaknesses.

Foundation Level 2
Class Requirements: 18 and older, Foundation Level 1

Now that you have the knowledge and practice at the foundational level it is time to put this knowledge into action.


Endurance prep is great for anyone that would like to swim for fitness, triathlon, join a local Masters swim group or swimming for rehab purposes. We will be focusing on maintaining balance as you increase your yardage (continued swimming) while maintaining proper stroke technique. Maintaining efficiency is what is going to get you what you want. Maybe that looks like swimming lap swim for 1/2 hr-hour, swimming a 1/2 mile or mile in your next triathlon or just plain swimming for fun.


The more efficient a swimmer gets the faster the swimmer get and expends far less energy doing so. Your coach will be right by your side teaching you how to create harmony in a workout setting by teaching lane etiquette, how to use a pace clock, establish intervals, advanced skills and most importantly how to have fun!


Foundation Level 3
Class Requirements: 18 and older, Foundation Level 1, Foundation Level 2

Now that you have finished Endurance Prep. you are ready to train! This class will be run in a workout format that will continue to build on interval training, skill work and now speed work. The class is all about learning to bringing purpose into every workout with a theme to enhance your swimming every class. This is really when swimming gets fun!
