Class Descriptions
Tri Time Express
Tri Time Express is a short 3 week session for those who are looking to truly maximize
their results in a short amount of time. Like the foundations course the class will
identify your freestyle weakness and lay a foundation for you to have the swimming
success you deserve.
Foundation Level 1
Our foundation level 1 classes are a non nonsense way to learn to swim and create
amazing results in 5 short weeks. Tri Time instructors identify the weaknesses in
your freestyle through important skills: breathing, balance and kick. Once weaknesses
of your class are identified your session is designed to capitalize on your weaknesses.
No foundations course ever looks the same.
Foundation Level 2
Endurance prep is great for anyone that would like to swim for fitness, triathlon,
join a local Masters swim group or swimming for rehab purposes. We will be focusing
on maintaining balance as you increase your yardage (continued swimming) while maintaining
proper stroke technique. Maintaining efficiency is what is going to get you what
you say you want. Maybe that looks like swimming lap swim for 1/2 hr-hour, swimming
a 1/2 mile or mile in your next triathlon or just plain swimming for fun.
Foundation Level 3
Now that you have finished Endurance Prep. you are ready to train! This class will
be run in a workout format the will continue to build on interval training, skill
work and now speed work. The class class is all about learning to bringing purpose
into every workout with a theme that is create to enhance your swimming every class.
This is really when swimming gets fun!
