Looking for swim lessons for adults can be a challenge. Tri-Time
Swimming specializes in adult swim lessons for all levels of swimmers
from beginners to open water competitors.
Our instructors have taught all levels of swimmers and actively coach an adult swim
team, childrens swim team, and high school teams. They are dedicated to teaching
swimming to adults whether you are afraid to put your face in the water or just
need a tune up for an open water swim.
Mini Clinics

We are excited to offer a series of mini clinics, Saturday mornings at the Federal Way Community Center. Mini clinics focus on one
stroke or technique for the full 1/2 hour class. Learn the secrets to the perfect flip turn! Improve your freestyle, backstroke or breastroke in 1/2 hour!
Cost: $5.00 - please bring cash or check to the class.
Time: 9:35 AM - 10:05 AM

Private Lesson For The Visual Swimmer

Our coaches will video tape your private lesson; then discuss improvements for your
stroke, kick and breathing techniques.
Videoing lessons has been very beneficial to many swimmers in our classes. Our

When you enroll in one of our classes you have the ability to add 5 weeks of unlimited
swim practices with Federal Way Masters adult swim team. Federal Way Masters is

Already taken a class and want to practice Federal Way Masters offers a 7 day trial
for FREE. Attend unlimited practices for 7 consecutive days to continue improving

Federal Way Masters swim team is an adult swim team practicing at our local pools.
Our members swim for enjoyment, exercise, physical therapy and competition. We have
new swimmers fresh out of our Tri Time classes and swimmers that have national times
and records. If you are interested in a structured workout coached by the same coaches
that teach Tri Time - Federal Way Masters is for you!
If the idea of joining a swim team is overwhelming - don't let it be! Swimmers are
assigned to lanes based on their ability, your workouts are designed for your ability
- your success is our #1 goal!
