We lead each group in kayaks teaching and giving support and direction throughout the session. You will either learn or improve: breathing, relaxation, sighting, drafting, passing and make new friends who enjoy swimming and participating in triathlons. Wet suit must be worn!

Requirements: Please arrive at least 10 minutes early! We need wet suits on and you ready to go at the beginning of class.

Registered with USMS, Wet Suit, Bright Colored Swim Cap: yellow, or any neon colors, Goggles, Towel. If you need support on where to find these items please feel free to contact me.

Class Requirements

We must have payment to secure class registration.

Payment Method

Cash or Check

Mail payment to Federal Way Masters PO Box 24083, Federal Way, WA 98093 prior to the first class with your registration and USMS Registration.


USMS Registration

Tri Time Swimming requires all participants to register with United States Masters. USMS supplies our secondary insurance.

Registration with USMS is based on an annual subscription and includes access to their web site and their magazine dedicated to Adult swimmers.
