I am a 70 yr old man who is learning how to swim correctly for the first time! I participated in 2 triathlons last summer with a very poor swim performance.
I started with Tri Time last fall to improve my swim. Wendy and her staff have done an excellent job at improving my form and speed.
Tri Time really is a triathletes secret weapon!
Last week I went out for my first bike/run workout of the year and my form and posture were better on both. The real surprise was that my run time was a full minute per mile faster than on my last triathlon.
Tri Time with Wendy and her staff has greatly improved not only my swim but also my bike and run. Tri Time has also made my swim good enough to train with Federal Way Masters swim team.
I highly recommend Tri Time for any swimmer or triathlete.

Wendy is a swimmer's and triathlete's blessing! I worked with her in 2006 for four months and she helped me dropped over 2 minutes off my 1500 meter time, getting me down to a 20:37. I moved to Colorado that summer and worked with other coaches, but none that had Wendy's insight. After three years I had developed some bad habits and needed help. I was back in the Seattle area for a weekend in May and we spent 45 minutes together. She truly has a gift; she sees what is wrong and explains in simple terms how to fix it. Results are immediate. I returned home Monday morning to my master's team in Colorado and shocked my lanemates by setting a feverish pace that felt easy to me. They wanted to know who this amazing coach was and what she taught me!
I would recommend Wendy to beginner and experienced swimmers and triathletes alike, especially those who could benefit from a patient, experienced coach who can explain stroke improvement in a way that everyone understands and can implement. She is one of the best swim coaches I have ever worked with!

I used to dread swimming - it was something I had to do. Now I actually enjoy it!
I have a long way to to, but I've made huge improvements through this class. Learning about balance and stroke efficiency have made all the difference. Thank you!

I started swimming with Wendy in 2008 because I was planning to participate in my first triathon, and needed some coaching for the swim leg. I was a rudimentary swimmer, but could not swim freestyle with my face in the water. Since then I have participated in semi-private lessons, group lessons and I work out with the master's team Wendy coaches. Wendy taylors her coaching to each swimmer, and provides excellent feed back regarding each individuals strengths and weaknesses. She provides a safe but challenging experience. She also provides underwater filming of your swim technique, which I found to be particularly helpful. I have come a very long way with her guidance. was able to complete two sprint distance triathlons last summer, and feel much more confident in the water. I have learned to swim and continue to grow in ability. I highly reccomend Wendy to beginners and advanced swimmers as well.

This was a wonderful class no matter what stage of swimming you are in!! I swam a triathalon and found out I had no skill this class makes me excited and more confident for next year. My sister in-law had never swam at all and now is a confident swimmer, and she now LOVES swimming and we both plan on keeping up on it weekly, The teachers are all WONDERFUL and you will love every minute of it no matter where you are at they have something for everyone to learn. I would and have highly recomended it.

I lead an active lifestyle; swimming, biking, hiking and many other activities. Tri Time classes let me focus on what I want to improve. Wendy and Jen offer specialized classes that seem to fit what needs improvement in my swimming. I have taken several classes and always appreciate the time they take with each swimmer.

Wendy and Jen are very motivating swim instructors. They are always doing their best to give their students experiences to improve their swimming, whether it is for the experienced swimmer or the novice. I have told many people about the opportunity to learn from these two dynamic instructors!

Wendy is so passionate about swimming and wants everyone to feel successful in their journey to swim better. She lets everyone know that there will be bumps in the road and adjusts the class for this. She wants to empower the student so they can correct themselves when the class is complete. Great Job!

Swimming was not exactly my thing; a year ago I wouldn't put my face in the water and I wouldn't get in the water unless I knew I could touch the bottom. Signing up for classes with Wendy and Jenn has given me the confidence, in my swimming to enter my first meet this year and compete. If you want to learn how to swim or gain confidence in your swimming Tri Time Swimming classes is the answer! The instructors are amazing! Thank you!
